“Overpriced. Waiting 30 - 40 days to receive a refund is ridiculous when I was made to pay £336 up front. Charged £50 cancelation and £34 for 1 weeks worth of cover is shocking. When you phone the customer service team it seems like you are an inconvenience. Not happy at all. Feel like I have been chasing them to process my query. Hopefully will receive my refund soon.”
“To be honest I was disappointed as my quote online was £806 by the time we paid without any extras or add ons it came out at 1296 so no I wasn't satisified as you can probably inderstand”
“The service I received from 4 Young Drivers was excellent. I telephoned through after obtaining an online quote, just to confirm all the details were accurate. Careful attention to detail was made by the representative especially when sensitive, personal details were being discussed. The representative went away after my initial call to see if he could further improve the online quote which I am delighted to say he achieved, albeit by a small amount, however every penny counts!
The paperwork arrived in the post as promised complete with a prepaid envelope providing additional savings .
I had previously telephoned other online insurance companies and was not particularly impressed by the Representatives considering that they were not 100% focused on the task in hand.
I consider that I have placed my insurance business with an company who operate efficiently and effectively and so far to date have done everything in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“How dare you send me review emails when I am still to receive my policy documents. Even after numerous phone calls and even a email to still not receive any confirmation of my insurance, the only correspondence I have had is a direct debit mandate. I want someone to call me regarding my policy asap, before I take this matter to your regulating bodies and ombudsman's along with the watchdog and trading standards!”
