“Problems here sand there but generally good. Guides provided were help full. We had difficulty contacting the actual organisers: there were a lot of misunderstandings which were solved but at a cost of time. Generally enjoyed our holidays in china. Guide received us and were efficient.”

“My wife and I travelled to China on a visa provided by 5 Star China Travel. Getting the visa was straight forward and we had no issues. At Heathrow, the check-in staff weren't familar with type of visa so we had to wait whilst they checked it out. When we arrived at Beijing, we didn't realise that we needed to have a copy of the visa for the immigration team to keep. However, it was cheaper to do it this way and it meant I didn't have to send my passport away. I would recommend.”

“They are a good service however, I feel an example could've been shown of how to fill out the template as it's not clear on how they want it. consequently we were going back and forth.”

“My Wife and myself did a 24 day trio around China with 5 star China travel. The organisation and back up was superb, the Hotels and cruise were second to none and the couriers top class. The holiday ran like clockwork and with expertise of the guides gave a very good insight into China and the Chinese people. I would not hesitate to recommend 5 star China travel to anybody who wants a comprehensive and luxurious China holiday. We'll done! 5 star by name and 5 star by nature.”

“5 Star arranged a group visa for us and arranged for the visa to be sent to our hotel in Thailand, due to a hotel cockup the visa was returned to DHL Bangkok office, even though it was a Sunday someone in the London office was in on their day off, and sorted the return of the visa. As well as being a quick and easy way to get a visa they were very helpful. 5 star indeed”
