“I could not be happier with the service that I received. I like to think that I am pretty good at filling in any type of forms, but about 10 minutes after handing over my paperwork I was correcting 3 different things. Much easier getting it all sorted and correct before it goes to the embassy. I would also like to say how good the communication was in keeping me informed of the progress of my application. I also ended up with a 2 year multiple entry visa, and am planning a return visit.”

“Excellent communication. Helped two friends travelling from Ireland to China, secure a group visa. We hit some difficulty initially because we'd booked an Airbnb (don't do this, they only accept hotels for visa application). 5 star helped us through this, and we reapplied in time. Got the visa posted to Hong Kong hotel we're staying at before our entry to China. Very very good. Would recommend.”

“We used 5 Star China Travel to organise a group Visa for 5 of us to travel to Shanghai. They were excellent and very professional through every step of the process. We were kept well informed and the Visas arrived with plenty of time to spare before we travelled. I would use them again and would recommend them to any one wanting to organise a visa.”

“The people at 5 star China Holidays were very helpful. You have to get quite a lot of information and documents ready in order to apply for the visa to China, and the staff were always willing to tell us what we were missing and how to get it.”

“They worked hard last minute to get everything ready. Not very helpful on the phone before I got there, kept referring to a website when I wanted to confirm that I had everything. I have before experienced being referred to a website then still being sent home for other documents than the ones listed. I wasn't happy with the fact that I could't get fast track service as I would in Denmark, and that the fees are much higher here than if I apply in my home country. Also, I was only given single-entry one month visa, when I would usually get one month per default. It confused me that the office was moved during the process.”
