“The charger unit came apart in my wife's hand as she tried to withdraw it from the socket. Her fingers touched the innards of the unit, she was electrocuted and thrown across the room. Could have been fatal if she had had an underlying health condition. Complained about this, had a limited response despite filling in a report sent to me through a link. Customer care is clearly not an issue. Still buying coils though 'cos I've got 2 pens.”

“Excellent service as the my orders often arrive within 2-3days of the order being submitted. The vapes the self are great value and I haven't ever had a bad experience with them and of course everyone have their preference but I know they wouldn't be disappointed”

“Delivery and liquid are good but the top of the some of the bottles sometimes stays in the lid when you opened. This is the first time this has happened and I would still recommend buying this product.”
