“Quick service, however a little understaffed for click and collect. I was waiting for 15min to get served because the customer in before me was picking up new bikes. Once he had cleared them very quick to respond.”
“I was only buying a dozen CO2 cylinders, but the website didn't automatically apply the discount it should have. Fortunately the 99 Bikes live chat feature came to the rescue, the discount was applied with a little bonus, and the cykinders were ready to be picked up an hour or two later.”
“Click and collect was relatively fast. I turned up to buy in store and was told it was online only. I did it online and waited around for about an hour or so until i got my order confirmation. Prob could have been a bit clearer on the website to save wasting the timen however i got what i came for in the same day. Thanks”
