“Website said item was in stock at my local store, but it wasn't able to be found. Staff were going to order one from another store. Tried calling store 2 days in a row. Noone answers. It took me emailing them to find out where it was. After a week I finally got notified it was available to collect.”

“Literally just got off a FaceTime with my daughter-in-law as my grandson was riding his scooter up and down the street outside their house. He’s had it 2 weeks and rides it to and from school (supervised, he’s only 5).
He has to defend himself from his 2 younger brothers, 3 & 20 months, who regularly try to scooter-Jack him, and his older brother has decided he’d rather have a 3-wheeler now too!
