I was contacted after making my order to discuss timings and pickup arrangements, and was contacted again during the week when the bike was ready (ahead of requirements). Pickup was easy to arrange in a contactless manner, and my wife is very happy with her present.”
“Good selections all bike related stuff, however the online store can be a bit clearer in specifications of the item such as weight, dimensions etc. Also the pricing can be quite confusing with the "normal price" "club price" and "gold prices" all displayed right next to each order. Good thing is order are processed fast and staff at the store are friendly and helpful.”
