Delivery time was slightly lengthened due to australia post capacity during lockdown but not something 99 bikes had control of. Overall happy with the online order/Delivery.”

“I think it would be great to prioritise orders based on how long they take, for example. If there are three customers waiting for click and collect transactions (which is basically showing ID and being handed a box and leaving) and one customer picking up three bikes then there should be a system where all the workers are not preparing that one order and they can move the line along by addressing the orders that take less time.”

“When you order something for click and collect which it says is in stock... and then isn't in stock is poor form. Then calling the store but the auto system consistently cutting you off... even worse. I tried to call to get an update, couldn't, decided to cancel as I can go to another store... cant do this online and cant call to do so... SO bad.”
