“A great 2 bike carrier! Assembly instructions were a bit obscure and could challenge some owners. Securing the bikes for the first time is fiddly but once a system is established it becomes easier & faster to do. Only concern is the durability of the plastic number plate frame as it must be removed when storing the folded carrier. The best bit is it’s light weight & compact design.”

“I ordered my bike online, and it was only a few days later that I was informed via an SMS that my bike was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store at the designated time, I had to wait about 10 minutes* before my bike came out assembled and ready to ride. The salesman explained the operation of the bike then helped me put it in the car. I will most likely buy another bike from them (probably an eBike) as the service was good and the bikes are probably the best value of any other store. * The reason the 4 star rather than 5. this is a minor criticism, as it allowed me time to look around the store.”

“A little disappointed, ordered a GX Shifter from your Penrith store and the website said it had stock... Did a click and collect and patiently waited over 3-4 days for the item is ready SMS, nothing came through... I ended up ringing the store which was a mission on its own as I could never get through... When I finally got through the staff told me the GX shifter is not in stock and he will refund me the order. All in all a big waste of time. Ended up getting the shifter from pushy's and it came the next day.”
