“All previous dealings with 99 bikes have been fine, exactly as I would expect. Bought a cassette recently, which is also fine and exactly as expected. Would be 5 stars but for the insistence on feedback, which is just annoying, and not as useful as they seem to imagine. Use 99 bikes, they're good. But expect follow up requests from them, when you just want to ride the bike.”

It cost me $10 to do something I could have picked up from the store for free. 99Bikes - please use another courier for your deliveries.”
