When I picked it up, I told the girl who it was for and she informed me that the size I ordered would be too small for a 7yr old and promptly swapped it. The new helmet fitted perfectly. “Rim spokes End of last year two spokes broke off. After a phone consult with the shop I was told lead time would be 1 week and cost around $150 First it took 2,5 week to have the spokes replaced (xmas and NY eve), upon collection I noticed silver color spokes have been mounted instead of the black ones. This is a major no no and this should not have happened to start with. Meanwhile the rim is back to their supplier and almost 4 weeks later I still haven't got my rim back. I do have to say the shop was helpful to give me a replacement rim for the time being however this is also the least that could have been done in this circumstance”

“The delivery time of my bike rack was unacceptable. This is probably the fault of the couriers (Couriers Please), rather than yourselves, but I thought you should know. When I contacted 99 Bikes to query the delivery date, I was very quickly fobbed off to a Courier Please website that proved very inaccurate and unhelpful.”

“I did a click and collect. However on getting there, there were 2 customers being served by 2 salesperson. I was happy to wait for my turn at the beginning. But it appears 1 person was having trouble with his computer and the other was just casually talking to the customer about bikes. Fair enough… but after more than 10 minutes (no exaggeration here) of being there and waiting. I was neither acknowledged for being there nor was I asked whether I could wait a bit longer. After a while, I was then called up to be served and the salesperson did not even apologise for the delay. Customer service to be improved. Not asking to be served right away when I get my foot through the front door but a little acknowledgment and apologies would have made the experience completely different. 3 stars - Hoping that they will improve over time.”

“99 bikes store got plenty of different Shimano Shoes that I able to try it on. Able to check the stocks available online before go in-store which very helpful. The shoes good quality and going strong after using last few weeks. Wish they got few different size to try to see if it will fit better but overall it been good. Customer service is very good with price match competitors is just so easy. Will buy again at 99 bikes.”
