I had a few teething problems with the bike I purchased during by 'click and collect' lockdown (eg. couldn't adjust the handlebars myself) so took it in and they fixed it in a few minutes! “I understand the lock down is hard on everyone and that the click and collect is new to some. I ordered a trainer and a matt and was notified pretty quick that it is ready to be collected which I was extremely happy with. The issue came when I arrived at the store, the number on the door did not work so myself and another customer waited at the door. People behind the counter saw us but did not come to the door to assist. Another person from inside walked up to the door and opened it to let a colleague out and did not make any effort or contact to ask if he could help us. After 20min I decided to call the number I received the text from and the gentleman was very friendly and immediately came to the door with my purchased goods.”
“As always, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. One star off this time for mixing up the booking. I received confirmation (sms & email) for a booking on Monday and when I turned up was told I was booked in for Tuesday. Timing didn't really suit so left my bike with them and picked it up Wednesday. I guess we all need to be a bit flexible in the current times :) (Don't worry I'll be back)”

“Not happy with the customer service. Was waiting in the line and they were happily talking to the person at the front. There was two staff both were so consumed with that man that they totally ignored me. They all three saw me waiting but no change in their attitude. It was looking as if they were in a party and having a good time. Then one man who came later than me jumped the que and interrupted and then they were like ok they have shop to run and customers waiting. Never going to shop there again.”
