“The friendly staff are helpful without being pushy or condescending. They can often order things that aren't being listed on their website. The only hassle has been the onsite parking is a bit limited and awkward. Just park along Chifley or use your bike.”

Would be 5 stars but for the insistence on feedback, which is just annoying, and not as useful as they seem to imagine. Use 99 bikes, they're good. “99Bikes still use Australia Post for deliveries. As many of you know, Aust Post rarely deliver a package so therefore I had to go to the post office to pick the part up. It cost me $10 to do something I could have picked up from the store for free. 99Bikes - please use another courier for your deliveries.”
