“Mountain bike stand was loose. Steering wheel wasn’t aligned with front wheel. Bell was fit in Center of steering wheel and not close to the handle with brakes. No one contacted me for my first free service.”

“Generally speaking the service was not too bad, however, since finally getting a chance to ride the bike I’ve noticed that the derailleurs are not adjusted properly (first ride) and are constantly catching on the chain and changing gears is not as seamless as it should be, which is seriously frustrating because I feel I shouldn’t be riding the bike as I reckon it would be causing excessive wear/damage on the derailleurs and chain, therefore making the 6 week service redundant because they want everything to settle in.”
