“Actually really good service. I was delighted as I'm used to sub par service in retail. I ordered a product via the website to click and collect and it wasn't what I thought it was. Rather than let me buy something I couldn't use Tim was knowledgeable and took the time to help me realise the product was not fit for my intended purpose. He offered other solutions but was polite and understanding when I asked for a refund. I would absolutely recommend this shop on their customer service alone.”

“Used online click and collect 3 times. First time all went as website described. Ready in few hours and contacted when ready. Last 2 times given 99bikes longer time than 2 hours, was not contacted when ready but after a quick phone call directly all arranged to pick up straight away. I only live 10mins away from local store. Told under pressure because extremely busy, which I guess is understandable yet doesn't uphold statement of ready in 2 hours and contracted when ready. Otherwise, staff are pleasant, in stock range is good and prices and sales are extremely competitive. Would give 5 stars if the click and collect process was managed as they state on their website.”
