“When 99bikes say they will price match and further reduce the competitors price by 5%, they meant business! They have kept their promise with no hassle at all. The only downside is I have to lift the heavy box myself with no assistance from the store. It would be nice if the store provides a trolley to transport the heavy merchandise to the carpark. I ended up dragging the big heavy box from the store all the way out to my car. It was really an unpleasant experience. Other than that all is good.”
