“Click and collect was relatively fast. I turned up to buy in store and was told it was online only. I did it online and waited around for about an hour or so until i got my order confirmation. Prob could have been a bit clearer on the website to save wasting the timen however i got what i came for in the same day. Thanks”

“A great store it's not just a place where you find what you need and good prices. A great store it's the one who listens to you and propose you different products which suits your needs. My last 3 visits to 99 bike in Stanmore and Parramatta they were not great. After to collect a couple of new bikes, and looking after different tools and accessories they just offered me the most expensive always (and not necessarily the best option for me) I had to ask several time to recognise my member status to get the right prices and felt pushed to take my decision. It's seems the priority in 99bikes is the upselling and not the customers.”

“Firstly, after I bought my Azur headlamp/tailamp pack, it said fully charge before first use. I rang to ask a question on how do you know when it's fully charged. The girl didn't know but promised to try find out and ring me back. She never rang back. I had to ring again several days later. Secondly, I had to ring about 8 times because the phone went unanswered. I ended up taking Option 2 Service, who answered straight away. I was then transferred and the guy then answered my question for which I was awaiting. Thirdly, the instructions on the Azur pack were very minimal and only just helpful but not much.”
