"I tried several methods to stop getting punctures, I bought plate rubber and placed around the inner surface of the tyre, which partially worked at the cost of heavier wheels, I tried liquid sealer in a bottle, which was useless, then I bought Tannus Armour Tyre Insert. It is like a hollowed out pool noodle doughnut. You put the tube in the insert and then put that into the tyre and then fit the tyre back onto the rim and inflate. Wow. It has now been 2 weeks with no punctures and I ride 50 to 70 kms a day. Normally I would get at least one puncture per week, sometimes more. I now feel confident riding on the sharp gravel (and sometimes broken glass) on road edges. It is very light and even adds an element of absorbtion to bumps. I believe it is excellent value for cost."
