“I ordered a Yakima Hold up 2 bike rack 28-11-21 which was sent on Couriers Please, it appeared to be lost in transit after contacting Bek in customer support 99Bikes sent out a 2nd bike rack on the 17-12-21 on TNT arriving on the 21-12-21 and the first rack arrived 23-12-21, Yes I had a bad experience because of a terrible freight company (never use Couriers Please) but they followed up my request for help and worked out a solution so I got what I ordered before Christmas, so thank you Bek & Brock and all of the 99Bikes team.”
