“Hello, I am very happy to buy a beautifully made and designed product. Although the price is not cheap, it is more worth cherishing. Let me talk about my experience of using it, 1. In addition to mastering the appropriate grinding fineness for the first time, I don’t know how to control the appropriate firepower (gas). The first trial brewing time was about 10 minutes before the coffee liquid appeared. 2. I don’t know how tightly the handle needs to be turned. If it is too tight, it will not be easy to turn it away after cooling. 3. I am switching to an electric stove and I don’t know what the recommended wattage should be. I am still trying to find out. Small firepower will cause the water to boil. Not boiling. Overall, it is not too difficult to operate and is worth using every day.”

“Ordered a refurbished 9barista, international delivery was quick and painless. Brewer looked so pristine if you told me it was brand new I would never have doubted it. Obviously a fair bit of learning curve especially for those who have never brewed manually, but I've been homebrewing on all sorts of devices now so it wasn't too hard to adapt my current espresso grind settings to match the 9barista. I was coming up from a 51mm portafilter, so I adjusted my grind just a touch finer than usual and dialed in subsequent shots from there. Got a great shot on my first brew, subsequent shots have been just as delicious! This is definitely a one-person brewer, but since I'm the only one in my house with a specialty coffee addiction that works fine. Not great if you want to brew a few shots for friends. Also, you'll need a decent burr grinder to get the best results. So do factor that into your purchase consideration.”

“9Barista handled my order swiftly. Package arrived here in Hong Kong in just a few days. Though half of package box arrived wet and deformed. It was on FedEx though. Luckily the machine can withstand water and moisture and still work perfectly after some cleaning. After a few testings on grind size and stove power, the machine now makes perfect espresso!”

“It arrived faster than if I was trapped alive and arrived safely. However, there were many difficulties clearing customs and FedEx was unable to help. I am so happy. Now you can enjoy your favorite espresso anywhere. 9The barista will always be with me.”

“I had high expectations and 9Barista delivered. While not exactly cheap, I appreciate the ingenuity and the craftsmanship of the coffee maker. It is well made, with attention to detail, and the accessories are useful and matching in quality. Note that unlike mass-produced products, it still feels a bit "machined" and there are a few somewhat rough edges and surfaces, but I find a certain steampunk charm in this :-) Worldwide shipping can be a tad expensive, but understandable, considering the scale of the operation.”
