“Great custom service”

“Very satisfying customer experience as always with 9Barista! I ordered a new portafilter and paper filters, but due to technical reasons, the filters could not be added to the cart and shipped to my country (France). So, I only ordered the portafilter and sent a message to customer service to report this 'bug'. Without me asking for any gesture, the Customer Service team decided to offer me the filters and add them to my order. Granted, it's just a few euros, but it's the gesture that counts and that's how you recognize exceptional customer service. Thank you, 9Barista! Your customer service is as exceptional as the coffee your machine is capable of producing!!”

“Bought the 9barista espresso machine with bag, precision filter as well as induction plate. The quality of the espresso machine is excellent. It took 2 runs to find out the heat settings on the oven. Espresso is very tasty and consistent reproducible. There are 2 points left: 1. our AEG induction oven hardly recognizes the induction plate with the 9barista on it. I ended up in placing a pan close to the 9barista until it powers up and is working steady. Don’t know if this is on our side only?! 2. the bag is beautiful but I fear there is enough space to put in an additional grinder as well as a pitcher. Also the idea of taking it with you on top of a mountain sounds beautiful but this is a heavy one ?. Overall I love the product very much. Good quality, great espresso. I combined it with subminimals pitcher as well as nanoformer - a great combination for travel - cappuccino lovers. I can definitely recommend!”

“Fast shipping to the East coast U.S. I ordered a refurbished model and it was immaculate! A few things of note: 1. The silicone basket screen works great, it's just the principal of direct contact to your espresso that's unrefined. Please include an optional metal mesh screen such as the IMS one. 2. A metal chimney to round out the classic materials, not a composite one. 3. A pressure gauge! Other than that, very happy and thankful to 9barista for making such a quality product...life changer.”

“My morning espressos were perfect after they had been dialled in. Problem is: the seal blew when it shouldn't have. Customer service just said it was my fault and it's £3 for a new one but since I'm in Singapore, it's £10 shipping. They desperately need an Asian distributor to hold parts.”

“It works good with the crema, provided you use 20g of coffee. However the coffee is quite strong then. A negative is that the machine produces only one cup of coffee at a time what makes it unprictical for more than one person. Big and heavy for just one cup.”
