Items arrived quickly, communication was great with tracking details provided. Two of the items arrived damaged and the customer service I received was excellent. Replacement items were sent immediately and without question.

I got a little worried when I saw some of the bad reviews. But the service has been amazing! Thank you Hannah for your quick reply when I contacted Bakker.com as I was concerned. The delivery was really quick considering the uk is going through Brexit, it arrived within 8 days. The quality of my plant and plant pot are high quality.
