“They guided me to their website and helped me add my credit card details, although I specifically mentioned that I only wanted to add the minimum amount to test the platform. Over the following weeks, they repeatedly pressured me to invest in bitcoin and encouraged me to download an app and a crypto wallet. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, each of the 5 support agents promptly ignored my requests and placed me on the ignore list. My money remained locked in the broker's accounts. I tried to initiate a chargeback, but my efforts were unsuccessful. Fortunately, with the assistance of AIXALTD.COM , I finally managed to recover my initial investment.”
