"Absolutely disgusting service from this company, from start to finish, Firth told me couldn't fit tyres on dates stated then arranged another date, then turned up on the date stated, mobile fitter put wrong mileage down and left a locking wheel nut off my rear wheel, so failed MOT.\r\nDO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.... "Very positive (unexpectedly so) experience buying tyres online\r\n\r\nOrdered a pair of tyres to be fitted at a local garage. I was genuinely nervous when making this order as Blackcircles appears well regarded on uk.trustpilot but absolutely loathed on Reviews.io.\r\n\r\nMy experience was 100% totally positive. Tyres ordered and delivered to fitter 2 days later. Everything went really smoothly and it couldn't have gone any better. When things go wrong sellers should be held to account, but equally when things go great a compliment is due.\r\n\r\nMy Tomket tyres are coded \"3623\" for date of manufacture. It is very reassuring for customers when Blackcircles dispatches tyres that are well in date.\r\n\r\nI'd like to think that Blackcircles had some customer issues but it has now embraced a new culture. If so, good on them and I look forward to future purchases!"

"I normally check reviews, but I needed winter tyres before a Germany trip and they were the only ones available early enough.\r\n\r\nOmg they are useless.\r\n\r\nMy tyre fitting was booked at 8.30 am. They had only delivered 3 tyres.\r\n\r\nIt took an entire day for team INCOMPETENT to finally send me a delivery confirmation for 4 tyres.\r\nIt took me 1 second to see the problem that they were too dumb to see for an entire day.\r\n\r\nWhat they did was send 3 tyres which arrived on time and then 1 separate one which arrived at 10.44 AFTER my tyre fitting.\r\nNobody looked at that and thought - oh no wonder the technician has only got 3 tyres\r\n\r\n\r\nThanks to me organizing it and finding said tyre by myself the independant fitters finally came at 4pm. The poor technician tells me he was looking for the tyre from 7am - thought he was going mad. Poor guy.\r\n\r\nI lost an entire day because Blackcircles customer service. were all too retarded to see the 4th tyre got delivered late.\r\n\r\nI had to even give them the telephone number of the independant technician because they were too lazy to find out themselves.\r\nOnky emailed them despite me telling them this could not wait.\r\n\r\nI lost track of how many calls I had to make as well as numerous trips to garages to find the tyres.\r\nEventually I found someone helpful on their \"helpline\".\r\n\r\nHorrid horrid- Avoid at all cost"

"Awful experience. Please pick someone else because if something goes wrong they will keep promising to fix it but won\u2019t deliver. Engineer damaged my car. Took over 3 weeks to get a resolution after countless hours on the phone and promises of call backs from supervisor. Time wasted waiting for engineers to come out who never turned up. Even had to take my car to another garage after everything because they will didn\u2019t come to a a solution. Was left at the garage to pay the invoice even though I was told by the deputy training manager Michael that he would take care of it. Promised I\u2019d have my money back by the end of the day which I didn\u2019t. Haven\u2019t heard back from him since after putting in a subject access request many times and still waiting for a refund which isn\u2019t likely to come. Honestly choose somewhere else."
