Called black circles and advised they would chase the supplier and call back within 30 mons. 2 hours later I called back only to get the same answer, a callback in 30 mins. I requested a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
“Booked mobile fitting for two replacement tyres. First of all the fitter refused to swap wheels on front of car. Later having had a drive the car felt unstable at the rear, so I checked the pressure which was 36psi on one and 34.5psi on the other, should be 30psi,also they are supposed to put new valves in when replacing tyres which they didn't. I definitely would advise everyone to avoid black circles supported by ATS.”
“Contacted customer care due to a faulty tyre, totally inept call handler that could offer no assistance or solution. Was told the matter would be dealt with as urgent, 4 days later, Nothing!
Got the original fitters to replace the tyre and it was cheaper to use them directly than use Blackcircles.”

“Booked a weekend slot with a local garage as I can’t do midweek. Within 10 minutes of the booking received an email advising me that the garage couldn’t honour the slot and offering midweek slots. Advised that this is no good to me and asked to cancel and receive a refund. Received notification the following day that the order had been cancelled but I won’t receive my money back for 3-5 days which means I can’t go elsewhere in the meantime. Won’t be using them or the garage in question again.”

So as you see Costco is upfront no jerking around with an installer like Beverly Tire Kitchener which basically jerked price up $48 as if you didn't pay it they would not release your car.
Beverly Tire was the place Black tire said to go to so they are then an extension of Black circle as a package so that
does not eliminate Black Circle from being an accomplise. For total package.”
“Awful, I needed two tyres fitted (£300 a tyre) and they cancelled the appointment the day before at 6:52pm, 14 hours before the appointment and after hours so I couldn't make other arrangements. There were 4 other tyre options that are suitable so why did they not suggest one of them instead of cancelling? They surely understand that people are ordering tyres from them because they need them ASAP. I would have just ordered the tyres and had them fitted by a car garage near me on a next-day delivery 2 days before they cancelled! To just change the appointment and let me know at the end of the day is just unacceptable.
I then didn't hear from them again and so booked in at Halfords. Their tyre guy only then turned up at 11am without an email or word that he was so I then had to cancel the Halfords appointment. They really are useless. I haven't heard back from them throughout the whole of this situation. 1 star.”

drive side tyre change - fitter hadn’t showed at end of time slot. Called twice - was assured just running late. Near end of day contacted the garage - to advise our appointment had been cancelled. No communication from
Black Circle at all. Contacted them
next working day, they were apologetic, assured me this happens v rarely and booked us in for the next available slot 2 days later. Again, fitter failed to show. Appointment cancelled, not clear if this down to the local garage and or black circle. Either way, absolutely terrible lack of communication and failure to deliver the service paid for. I have now used black circles 5 times and each and every time I have been messed around and have had to change something with my order.
After ordering on Tuesday and selecting Saturday for fitting, I have been told on Thursday that my order can no longer be fitted due to the garage declining my order. This is after they asked to change the time of my fitting to the afternoon.
When going on line after hearing this, I can still book a slot for Saturday with a different tyre and a different garage. When I phone up back circles, I am told that even if I do pick a Saturday fitting, it is simply not going to happen. They do not do next day dispatch, which is a misrepresentation entirely.
Each time I give black circles the benefit of the doubt and each time I end up more annoyed than the previous time! This time I have had enough and ended up cancelling my order after speaking to a very unhelpful Deepak. Home tyres is the way to go from now on.
In the future I would need to be paid and senseless to use this abysmal company ever again!”

Courier said I will have the next day the rest.I had to wait to next week because this company is not interested to have a good reputation and didn't do something to fix the problem. The problem was next week mean Monday I had to travel to Europe and I had to reschedule my trip after I will received the items.

Since they took my money I've heard nothing back from them apart from a text message telling me they'd sent me an important email (which to this moment they have not!)
I called the "fitting garage" earlier - they didn't have my already purchased tyres and did not have me booked in for tomorrow (10-12-22)
I "spoke" with their "online chat" which told me I could expect a response in 2 - 5 working days!!!

“I've been using Asda tyre service for years, thought I'd give blackcircles a try.
I'm left regretting this decision.
Having payed for and booked my tyres with a local garage a few days ago, I received an email request this morning for me to reschedule, fair enough these things happen.
Booked the next available slot using the link provided.
Only to have been told half an hour later that my 2nd slot was also unavailable and I'd have to reschedule for next week.
After asking the person I was corresponding with to check with the garage that they hadn't double booked me or made a mistake or something along those lines as this seemed quite unusual.. the person I was corresponding with gave no response to this and just said I'll need to choose a date next week.
To this I responded, next week is not much use to me unfortunately, what are my options? I.e Can I book into another garage this week or get a refund? Etc.
No response.
6 hours later someone else replies and just says, again.. I'll have to reschedule for next week.
Really disappointing customer service, I'm still left up in the air as to what is happening with my booking.
I've requested a refund now due to the frustration and no doubt will have to waste another day chasing them up again tomorrow. AVOID and use local garages directly.”
