Paid for wheel alignment through Blackcircles but the work wasn’t carried out. They then refused to provide a refund, blaming the lack of alignment immediately after (confirmed via a second wheel alignment report I paid for through another garage) on “an issue” with my car, rather than acknowledge the work wasn’t carried out. Not a trustworthy company, avoid.

ne t, they were my only hope after a week i was able to return their car and a refund was given to me, $20,000 refund is not bad from my $25,000 due to the 3 months i used the car for , i employing anyone interested in returning their car or anyone that has been scammed by Blackcircles should file a complain to bit claim.

Overall terrible experience. I ordered 4 tires & 4 rims — they delivered my tires to the wrong address but luckily my details including phone number were on them, so the person who received my tires was honest enough to contact me. Weeks later 3 out of 4 rims arrived, and more weeks later my final rim arrived — all this to find out that they sent me all the wrong sized rims. Not sure in what world 16” tires would fit 17” rims, but here we are. Contacted them about their mistake, followed the steps to get the refund process started but haven’t heard back so I’m having to send a follow up email to their customer service — wish me luck!

Took my money, struggled on the site to make a booking as the sites they said had spaces didn't, then I managed to find a place miles away from me only to have them take my money and then cancel the day before with no explanation. If they had explained and offered a discount I may have agreed to another booking but the agent just said "ok I will cancel your booking" it will take three to five days to refund you! Disgusted!

Paid for tyres, booked date with garage for fitting. 2 hours later after taking my money they could not fit tyres at garage for 3 weeks. Then told could not get tyres. Scam artists who would not refund my money . Stay away from this company go straight to garage.

This was hands down the worst experience I've had from an online company. Completely bad customer service, no communication internally, conflicting and incorrect e mail updates sent to me. I was promised to be called back several times and it was me the customer who had to chase these people down I waited 6 weeks to get a part refund and as a sorry they offered a 10% discount next time I ordered 4 tyres 3 arrived I then got told a week later they will pick 1 up and change for 2 others they offered a worse tyre back and forth me chasing them 6 weeks went by and I got a part refund and 10% off next purchase which will be never
