“The worst service imaginable.
I bought four new 4x4 tyres with fitting on Wednesday morning for fitting in Friday. Late Thursday they cancelled my booking via email due to unavailable slots and randomly booked me for Monday which I could not make. I requested to cancel the order and a call back as none of the phone numbers on their website or email confirmations work due to "unforseen circumstances". I have received no emails back as I repeatedly follow up my cancellation request and today a week after booking I get a random email saying my during is now today!
The frustration less with the lack of communication, ignoring my emails and not being able to get a hold of anyone despite repeated requests. For a company this size the servicenis abismal.
I would highly recommend doing your research before spending a Fortune on Tyres and simply being given a substandard service.”

“All phone lines dont work. Automated bot response pretending to be human but its not. Moved my home fitting appointment for the 3rd time after i have repeatedly emailed saying cancel because its too late to wait any longer, got special tyre ordered in to local garage next day and fitted for even cheaper. Dont bother wasting your time with these clowns and just ring trusted local garage.”

Can't talk to anyone to fix it and now have to delay my holiday while I get a punctured tyre fixed.
You can't talk to anyone, they've closed their phone line "due to unforseen circumstances".

I ordered the tyres & fitting at a local garage and was given a date for the fitting. Tyres did not arrive at the garage. I filled in the on line customer service enquiry and got the default response “we will respond within 2 working days”. Three days later nothing has happened.
Called the phone number and left my number for a call back. Call back occurred and was told the tyres were at the garage and they would arrange a fitting time and call me back in 5 minutes. That was 4 days ago and I’ve heard nothing.
Today I called the local garage who told me the tyres had arrived this morning (over a week late). I’ve arranged the fitting locally but have still not heard from Black Circles.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. This is a pity as things have gone well in the past. Their customer service is complete rubbish.”
“My tyres weren’t delivered, I wasn’t contacted at all, I’ve had to pay out another few hundred pounds to get some tyres on my car as I’m away on holiday tomorrow. Shocking service which has caused no end of problems. Thanks”
“The issue with companies like Blackcircles is when something goes wrong they blame the garage, and the garage blame them. Had no end of issues with my garage and neither BC or the garage accepted responsiblilty, so it was left on me to do the running about trying to fix it. Blackcircles barely responded to my emails after a while, and in the end all I received was a pathetic 10% off coupon as a "goodwill gesture", and that was only after I left them a terrible (and accurate) review on TrustPilot.
Will never use this company again!”
“You can be as clear and concise as you want, I will tell 'hundreds' of people how bad there service is. They send you tires to a garage, you wait for your package, you stay on hold waiting to speak to an agent. Whatever you do, if you do order based on price form this place, Use Pay pal, this way you can get support for their poor service and I can tell you, pay pal will put the screws to them as they try to bathe in their excuses to get out of their poorest service on earth. “They source their tyres from diffirent warehouses across Canada. Basically a tire broker, masked as a tire store. They hold NO inventory of anything they sell on their website. Your order may come from diffirent warehouses, so NEVER them that they said believe it will come in 1 order in 6 business days. Tire products have different mfc dates, with some as old as years ago. Remember tires are only good for 6 yrs from mfc date. Ergo, cheap tires on their websites mean they got you OLD tires. Buyers BEWARE!”
“Fitting booked on a Thursday for following Tuesday (today) then told can’t find a fitter for another 8 days. Tyres were needed for a family road trip. Seems once they have your money time scales don’t matter!!!”
“Absolutely useless. Couldn’t get first date I asked for so called garage myself and asked when could do it. I passed this to BC and today get email from them saying they most probably won’t make it !! The booking is 3 days away !! Lesson Lesrned. Shop local pay but extra to get job done .”
“I've used Blackcircles many times over the years usually without any problems.
But I don't what has changed in recent years but my experience this week was the worst ever.
Placed and order and paid extra for mobile fitting, was told the mobile fitter wasn't available, so asked for a refund of that fee and I'll go to the fitting centre instead.
Next get a message saying the wrong tyres have been recommended and they need to be changed.
I said now that it's the wrong tyres and the fitting isn't what I wanted just cancel and refund the full order and I'll put on a new order with everything I need correctly.
Since my request for a cancelation and refund I haven't had a single reply from Blackcircles Customer Support in 3 days.
The tyres were supposed to be fitted yesterday!
Opened a new ticket to officially request a cancelation and refund with an auto response promising a reply in 1 business day. 2 days later no reply to that new ticket or my previous one.
I have now been forced to get Paypal involved to get my money back and Blackcircles are not replying to my messages.
Awful customer support run by a bunch who clam up when you want your money back despite all problems with my order being caused by them.
I am a long running customer for more than 10 years, but now I'll never return to use Blackcircles after this experience.
Utter rubbish, avoid at all costs.”

I ordered just mail order tyres, no fitting, on a Saturday (staff are there), and the tyres were due to arrive on Tuesday. On Monday at 12:33PM I got an email saying the tyres were out of stock! I was offered a very similar tyre for the same price (it was normally overpriced, so pretty much the same deal). I replied to the email saying I will accept the swap, but needed to know when I will get them, assuming I won't be getting them tomorrow (Tuesday) any more, but 4hrs later, I have heard nothing more from them, and they have not given me a phone number to call!
I tried to call them on Saturday because their website's payment system was down, but no one answered the phone, and I was on the line for 30 minutes!
I recommend you compare prices from your local tyre place - I have found 4 better tyres locally that are cheaper now, but Blackcircles have left me in limbo all day.
Only use this company if you have no time constraints, don't mind being let down at the last minute, or if you are 100% sure they're the cheapest.”
“I've used BC twice now and on both occasions they've been in touch with me less than 2 days prior to my appointment to let me know that the garage can't fit me in.
Absolutely ridiculous - how hard is it to stick to a booking!?

“Let me down wifh my order twice, just let me know day before the fitting. No one answers the phone you could spent hr of waiting to get back to you. Its easy to make an appointment with GP. Cold replys on emails only if you starting to complaint. Leayers said they would give me a 20 pohnds back , becouse of the inconvinience still waiting almoust 2 weeks. But its doesnt matter for me that 20 pounds. Its a ponit 3 weeks in total from my order they waisted my time. Never ever again. They dont have a stock, or saying your delivery was missing. Or if you not accept the offer they suggest you, they just cancelled your order in general with no reason. Shity services avoid as possible.”
