“Blackcircles have so far cancelled 3 tyre fitting appointments and now in call back queue to book 4th fitting. Absolute joke of an outfit. Shame I have paid in advance for this shocking service.”
“Yeah, what can I say. My experience was the same as almost everyone else - I bought the tyres, booked a day for them to be fitted, only to have them email me (not even ring!) the day before to say it wasn't going to happen.
I'm currently waiting in a phone queue to get a refund. It's been ten minutes so far... After this I'll have to go and ask the boss if I can unbook the holiday I had booked for tomorrow.
Needless to say I won't be using them again.”
“Tyres booked and paid for 10 days before they were due to be fitted.
Recieved a call 1 hour after they were supposed to turn up to advise that the tyres are not in stock.
The customer service team were a joke and actually asked me to speak clearer as his "English is not very good!!"
Finally got a refund a week later.
The prices may be less expensive than other places but it's worth paying extra to avoid this joke of a company.”
“They accepted an order, agree date/time and took money from my bank account (nearly £500) and then they send an email saying "I am sorry to advise that we are unable to confirm the booking with the garage you selected. At this stage, the earliest fitting date we can offer is X onward subject to availability". I had booked time off for the fitting and did not want to make another unconfirmed booking. Blackcircles perhaps rely upon the fact that they already have my money and that I would not go to another supplier. Well think again guys - sharp practices such as this do not create customer loyalty.”
“Don't expect them to actually fit the tyres on the day that they agree, they are very unreliable and will cancel last minute.
I got an email at 17:30 the night before my booking slot telling me that they can't do it any more and the earliest they can do it is in 5 days.
Infuriating experience overall and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”
“A week ago I took my car to the garage at the pre arranged time. The garage said the tyres hadn't been delivered and they would call me when they came in. Having waited 3 days I called the garage who said I would have to deal with Black Circles directly as I had ordered through them. I have emailed and another day and they haven't responded. It's a week since I paid for them now, I have tried calling but the lines are constantly busy. My advice is pay a bit more and go to Quick Fit.”
“Black Circle confirmed a fitting date online only to call later to change the date. This was fine and I changed it with a 2 week delay. Then I took the car in for the fitting and the tyres hadn't been delivered - Black Circle had failed to deliver them, no call or email warning.
The garage says they do this all the time but they are the cheapest and they just can't match the price. Now I can't get hold of them on the phone, just spending hours holding - I'll buy straight from the garage next time.”
“Ordered 4 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. It’s been mistake, upon mistake, upon mistake. Customer service just ignore customers. They knew they tyres wouldn’t be there for the fitting yet didn’t call. They don’t respond to emails for days at a time. Then send emails like your tyres should be delivered so you show up to get them fitted AGAIN and they aren’t there. Customer services attitude is well they should have been there so it’s not our problem.
Not worth the slightly cheaper price as they can’t afford customer service.”

“I ordered 4 tyres to be fitted on a Thursday and they cancelled 4 times because they couldn't get the tyre's delivery to the fitting garage on time the fifth time I had to cancel the order because I was going away the next day so I lost confidence in them i couldn't take the chance so I cancelled on the last time the the fitting day number five I originally booked a Thursday but it went up to the following Friday over a week also went they inform you they have moved the fitting day it's by email near the end of day always after 5pm and they don't ask you first it's totally ridiculous to cancel a tyre fitting five time if they couldn't get the tyre's then they should have look elsewhere the brand of tyres they where trying to get are rapid p606 something like that now I found the exact same make on line mail-order only
Anyway I've got a full refund ok but I still wasn't a week of fxxking around with them they need a complete company overhaul I think or is that I'm the only one and it's just my luck I don't think so

“I used Blackcircles for replacing 2 tyres using their local agent, Mercia Motors. The alloys on the car had been fully and professionally refurbished a few months back and had previous damage at this garage we took photos of all 4 alloys on the morning the car went in to the garage. We even told them that all 4 alloys were unmarked. Sure enough they damaged the wheels and we did not sign the job sheet to say we were satisfied. The garage offered to touch up the damage but would not match the colour. We then complained to Blackcircles about the damage caused by their agent and provided the photos before and after + the unsigned job sheet. Several weeks later they have come back and said that do not accept responsibility. Quite clearly neither Blackcircles or their agent give a toss. Choose someone you can trust which is clearly neither of these companies ?”
“Ordered tyres online for mobile fitting. Day before fitting is due they email to say the tyres haven't shipped and they can't fit tomorrow. They suggest a week later for fitting - pretty useless when riding on a temp spare. Ordered two Michelin tyres and they are owned by Michelin - terrible customer service via email and phone, they screw up and not sorry at all for their mistakes.”

“My car had a slash puncture about 90 miles from home on a Sunday. Couldn't call any garages so used blackcircle to order a tyre to be delivered to a local garage and to be fitted Tues morning. Got green flag to lift my car to said garage. The Monday late afternoon they email changing my appointment to Thursday. My car is off road, I've made arrangements to get it back on the Tues and they say when I call there is nothing they can do. Luckily the garage turned out to be able to set me up themselves, but what exactly is the point of this online service where you book a slot if they have no idea if they can actually fulfil their orders (when asked they said they couldn't get any tyre that fits my car until Thursday. A joke). Will never use again.”
“Ordered 4 tires , Michelin to be exact ... if you didn't' know this big multi national bought Blackcircles so time ago. Anyhow , had a call(24 hours before the fittement date!), which was in a very very strong accent and hard to understand. Basically unable to promise what they/their website had offered.... Would do there best and , I felt kind of happy , suggested they do there best as it was a Michelin tyre x4.... Basically I was told it would be sorted out with just a 6 hours delay, aka afternoon, instead of morning. Fine.... 1724 SMS for head office, nope... no tires , rebooked for tuesday AM, this is a joke and the company , REALLY does cacao!!!!!!good luck with this jokers! Matt”
“Looked at black circles and they had tyres available with a Saturday appointment. Ordered and paid for 4 tyres costing £360.
I received an email later in the day stating that they could not book me in until the following Wednesday as the garage did not have the tyres.
The reason I went with them was because they stated that a Saturday appointment was available, not down to cost as they were roughly the same price as local garages.
I suggest that you contact the garage that they are booking you into to confirm that they have the tyre(s).
Happy to take your money without verifying stock.

“I am soo disappointed, they said my tyre fitting was booked for Saturday afternoon, left the car that I took there ON THE SPARE WHEEL just so they call me to pick it up because the tyre was not there!!! so today I had to take the bus 1 hour to work because they did not do what they said : deliver the tyre!! this messed up my whole Saturday and today!!and also contacted your customer services by email and phone still no one called or emailed back in 2 days!!”
“Bought a tyre from blackcircle with fitting from a local shop. The quality was good and the price was low! Next day fitting at many places near my home. I checked with the shop doing the actual fitting if they could match the price on their own - and they said that the price was too low for them to be able to match it.”
