Let down with no notice, they can’t be contacted as no phone number. Absolutely awful service. I took addy off work and not the courtesy to say they were out of stock!

“Had my fitting date changed twice, the last time less than 24hrs beforehand ! How I wish I had read the reviews. These tyres were ordered on Wednesday and they now say they can’t fit them until this Wednesday! It should not take a week to source a tyre..I would have taken a more expensive alternative…if I had been offered! The fist and last time I will use them.”
“There service and communication is extremely poor. My tires were delayed for more than 2 weeks without any notice or communication in between. Tried to reach out the CS via email, but never gotten a reply. I will not buy again from them even though they have good prices. They constant delay had ruined my plans and cost me money in cancellation with my plan.”
“My first appointment had no tyres at the garage, no communications from Black Circle. Left a message and waited for 24 hours as working from home but nothing. A day later spent 45 minutes waiting on phone, operator dealt with issue promptly and second appointment booked. Turned up today and tyres were substituted with cheaper ones without any prior notice - specification looked same, with MOT due needed tyres - emailed Black Circle for refund of difference - but won’t hold my breath or use them again”

Ordered tyres from black circles on 20/12/21 selected date to be fitted today 23/12/21, on arrival to local fitting garage I was told that they had not received my tyres, phoned black circles to be told yes they was delivered on 22/12/21! After a few arguments with them, I wouldn’t normally argue but I had just spent £400 for 2 tyres that was missing, I received an email saying there’s a delay with the delivery and it had been rescheduled for 4/01/22. I can accept that but to be lied to on the phone from the customer service team saying they had definitely been delivered is shockingly bad service, doesn’t look good on the fitting garage either, which may I add was absolutely excellent with trying to help solve this situation, highly recommend Ebbw Vale Tyres!! First time using black circles and will definitely be the last!!”
“I ordered 4 Michelin tyre to be fitted in a garage. After a day they told me that they don't have those tyre and offered and cheaper alternative for the same money. I refused that. After a day again they said they have Pirelli tyres and that they can fit them on Saturday (it was Thursday). On Friday they said they can't have them before Wedensday. Since then I have send 4-5 emails to a different persons there in order to cancel the order. After a week I still haven't received any email of confirmation and to contact them by phone is impossible. I hope to get the money back, but will never use them again.”

I ordered tyres for my car .I arranged for my tyres to be fitted with mobile unit which I payed extra for.long story short they could do this on the day .I had to take my car on another town to there garage where Blackcircle said they would fit them straight away.I then sat for 2 hours waiting on them being fitted.I contacted Blackcircle to get a refund on the mobile fitting fee after about 15 email back and forth I am still no further forward.They have not got a clue what they are doing.PLEASE PLEASE DO NO USE BLACKCIRCLE”
“Ordered two avon car tyres mid week and was given the option of fitting at a local garage for the following saturday 10.00am. Received a message 2.30pm the day before fitting and was told the tyres won't be available for my appointed time and to pick a time from the middle of the next week. I booked for the following saturday 11th december 9.00am. I then looked at reviews and was horrified with what I read. I then sent black circles an email stating if the next appointment wasn't fulfilled I would want my money back or I would contact my bank. Again the afternoon before fitting I got a message to say they won't be available. I called the fitting garage and was told they would never be able to fit on a saturday as they were too busy, black circles give you a time and the garage refuse as they can't fit you in. Contacted black circles and told them I want a refund and received one 2 days later. Awful experience never to be repeated.”
“Completely useless and liars. They don't pass on customer details, so the fitter can't ring you and say the tyres haven't arrived. You then waste your time travelling to get them fitted. They also had the cheek to ask me for a review. Clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand are doing. Legalised criminals IMO”
“Dogshit customer serivce, ordered 4 tyres for an AM time slot, recieved email saying no AM time slot swapped it to a PM time slot, 0 confirmation email, phoned the garage and they said there is no booking for my Reg. Customer service is non existent dont reply to emails”

“I ordered a Michelin tyre and was amazed that it arrived next day - EXCEPT it was not a new tyre. It had dirt stain marks in some of the tread, looked old, and when I compared it to my (new) spare tyre, which had never been on the road, it was clear the one supplied had wear. I then spent an hour on the phone trying to call them without success. I arranged a call back. The person who called back said he would send the query back to the "team". I am still waiting.”

“2 Tyres were supposed to have been delivered yesterday, "customer service" (lacking in dignity & responsibility) responded by blaming the courier for the delay: I've yet to receive a relevant/ useful response.
I've been waiting for over 2 hours for Blackcircles to trace the location of the Tyres- Nothing yet...
P.S: Blackcircles isn't even worthy of 1 Star..
Update: Blackcircles claims that the order has been handed to a "Mr Kevin", which is a blatant lie (I suspect to mask their sheer incompetence): I don't know any "Kevin" & none of my neighbours are called "Kevin".”
“Tyre didn’t turn up at selected tyre company & still not been fitted.Unable to contact black circle just keep being given case number but nobody gets in touch.Better off using a proper company to supply & fit tyres.”
“Date of my order was cancelled via black circles as fitter wasn’t available. Trying to rebook online is impossible and trying get in touch with customer service was a tedious experience. I ended up cancelling my orders due to pure frustration. Call back service also never worked and they never responded to my email.
I’ve used black circles 4 times before but this experience has put me off.”
“Ordered GT winter tires in Oct 2021, received a set that was manufactured in Jun 2020 (DOT 2620). Do your own conclusions...
Obviously no one notified me prior to shipping that the tires would be almost 1.5 yrs old. I believe it is significant, especially since winter tires tend to dry out faster.
Cancelled the order but the company still kept $60 for return costs. I learned my lesson, ordered from local dealer and received a set from the same brand but with manuf. date more than 1 year later (DOT 3121)”
