I made two
Orders for two separate items . 87.00 and I paid for next day delivery. This fell at the first fence and they refunded the delivery part of the order having missed the target . Over a week later the couriers evri !have lost the items!Blacks are re sending order one ( first adviser helpful)and unfortunately arguing about query two : order two albeit ordered straight after and clearly neither were delivered as it’s the same courier!!V poor service between Blacks and evri

Extremely poor service! Ordered £270 worth of clothing and it did not arrive. As I paid with PayPal Blacks refused to deal with it. After chasing PayPal was told that Blacks provided a delivery note so no refund would be given! I did not receive or sign for anything so how can there be a delivery note? They have basically stolen £270 from me!!!

Ordered pictures online and 5 of them arrived with black marks and white smudge type marks on them. Called and was told I would get an email and to reply with photos to show the marks. No email. I have sent an email to customer service with the photos. No reply yet!

I have had a terrible experience with this company cost me £22 in calls and customer service is a joke like speaking to kids and for 4 days I am waiting for their great manager to call if I was the man paying the wages I would ask my manager a lot of questions beware when ordering with these clowns
