“I have been working with Boardsi for some time now. I am independent creative with a business in the arts. Through my email discussions with Lisa, and her openness to allow me to rewrite and nitpick my three articles published on Leadafi. “Boardsi.com is a very professional service that markets executives to advise companies within the executive's expertise. Both Lisa and Rashel are experts in their niches. Lisa work with executives to get them to write articles within their expertise and gets them published on the internet. Rashel manages her team to get all executives hired as an advisor.”

“I have been working with Leadsi as a recruit for client corporations recruiting new board candidates. Once I became connected, I was assigned to Lisa Williams and Leadafi to work with me on an Executive Biography for publication. My experience with Lisa, with her developing the appropriate format and relevant biographic content, was outstanding. Once we were connected, Lisa immediately prepared an initial draft, pulling together relevant information from an extensive CV covering my extensive 40 year insurance career and relevant components of my 28 year career as a US Army military reservist. Within ten days, together with her guidance and my editing, we put together what I consider a compelling Executive Biography detailing the important components of my insurance career with a super imposed military component for publication. I have been advised that, since publication, my Executive biography has been getting traction.”

Compared to other companies where you disappear off the recruiter’s radar, my recruiter always kept me in the loop and provided the desired feedback I was looking for.”

“I would work with Bordsi again in a heartbeat. They just makes it VERY easy to get to work. Kind of reminds me of the old school temp agencies that would just send you out on a job. Not scrutinize you in an uncomfortable interview, only to send you home that day and never receive a phone call from them. They makes it easy for you, and puts you back out in the workforce!”

“In October I reached out to Boardsi with a position I needed filled and we started receiving resumes with qualified candidates for our position the first day. In addition we were able to interview several quality candidates and we were able to narrow down the field and fill the opening within a matter of a few days. I would recommend anyone looking to fill a position to reach out to Boardsi to assist in their recruiting needs.”

“Any time I dropped them an email they came back to me promptly, also any time I rang them with queries or for reassurance they were really more than willing to assist. Honestly cannot thank them enough. Today was my first day of the new job and I am so happy for choosing this company and for being blessed to have been assisted so greatly by Boardsi.”

“As an executive, it's hard to find good talent easily (can take months to find someone most suitable for the role) but using boardsi makes it a huge time and money-saver since they have direct connections to the type of talent you have would be looking for. The quality is top-notch as well so I'm definitely getting good value for my money.”
