“The furniture arrived quickly, though one box containing the legs was missing. Thankfully, customer sevice addressed the issue immediately, and I received the missing box the following week. Aside from that minor hiccup, I am thrilled with the sofa. Beautiful color and great quality!”
“Looks nice but is not well made, same as all modern furniture that claims to be real wood. I waited several months for the second dresser which turned out to be a different color then I ordered. When I finally reached someone via text message only, they said they changed manufacturers and sent me a match of the one I didn't want. Oh well. I've moved on. They keep emailing asking to review so there you have it.

“Not as crisp as shown in the picture. The side cushions never really looked the same for us as shown in the pictures. The middle back rest piece is always a slightly rasied and not properly tucked in. An easy couch to assemble but the pieces dont fit perfectly well together. Now that i am writing this review it makes me think did we get a faulty product? Overall it is comfortable to sit on though.”
“I was very surprised that my range sofa didn’t have enough legs for it to be fully modular. When I inquired about purchasing more legs, it would have been an additional $200. Sectional sofas should be able to come apart. This sofa does not do that with extra legs. It also took a few hours to assemble and was very difficult to do with just one person.”
“I purchased a Nomad Sofa with ottoman and sleep kit as well as a coffee table in fall 2022. While assembling the couch I understood what Burrow meant by "modular" - it was extremely easy to put together and I see can be easily extended or rearranged in the future depending on my living space. The sleep kit works very well and I've used it routinely when hosting guests. The coffee table is an elegant design and fits perfectly across my couch + ottoman.”
“The couch is really small sized for sitting adults and not comfortable, I missed the return window by a bit and am stuck now with an uncomfortable couch that gets stained constantly due to the fabric. The pieces are supposed to be configurable but since it’s difficult to attach, you lose threads on the screws each time you configure and now I cannot change it anymore or the screws will be bald.
Literally the worst couch I’ve ever had. Just go anywhere else, nothing offered here is worth the money. I was hoping for something high quality based on the price and that is not what I received.”
“This was the most frustrating delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered the additional chaise to my already king size Nomad couch. When I first ordered my couch in 2022, there were some delivery issues, but it all worked out eventually. When I purchased this new component in May, it was delivered nearly a month late (even though I was told two weeks) and the wrong items were sent four different times. I can't tell you how unresponsive and unhelpful the email support team was regarding my issue, especially because I had to resend the wrongly shipped package through FedEx four different times. I ended up having to call the NYC SoHo Showroom and worked with the incredible Eric to get so much of this figured out. Ultimately, I finally got the right chaise base and cushion by the end of June/early July. I love the product, but the delivery service for the two times I ordered it was horrible (outside of Eric). I also got a small $50 refund for their horrible service and mistake. If I ever purchase from them again, which is unlikely, I will not be doing it online. Horrible service. ”
“Good quality, looks great, nice value, and the perfect size, but the couch just isn't comfortable. The cushions are thin and stiff at the same time. I sat on this couch in the store and it felt nice but here in my home, I wish it were more comfy. I have to use a ton of pillows just to begin to enjoy sitting on this couch.”
“I had been looking for a mid century modern sideboard for our dining room for a long time with little success. I then I saw one Burrow offered and decided it was a good enough fit for the interim. It arrived boxed, easy to assemble, good quality and it was quite perfect for our room and very reasonably priced. I love it and have stopped looking any further.”
