What is the point of a pre-order for a new game for it to arrive 3 weeks later? Customer service was friendly enough but could offer no help, no cancellation or refund, couldn't track the tracking number because it doesn't exist with Royal mail.

Company never sent the game and the tracking number was a fake one. Customer service could only tell me to keep waiting. I had to get a refund from my bank.

After 4 days customer service told me to keep waiting and it would arrive soon.

Wish I could give zero stars. Fake tracking number was given. I hve no clue where the product is. Zero customer service. Absolute BS company

So disappointed; contacted them as the tracking showed that my order had been delivered 3 weeks after the order was made. Advised to contact the postal service - nothing could be found!! I contacted them a second time - no reply. Now I see that they have a reliability rating of 1%
