"I've used Coolshop 3 times now and have never had an issue. My latest order (Lego Ecto-1) arrived today. It was well packaged with no damage to the box and its contents. I have been able to track my order for its entire journey. The order slowed down considerably when it got to the UK. There was an 8 day gap where it didn't move. As soon as Royal mail got hold of it though, it was with me in 2 days. My reason for removing 1 star is it took 19 days to get to me when I was originally told 6 - 12 days. Other than that, I can't fault the service at all. Thanks again Coolshop \ud83d\ude0e"
