“I've used Coolshop 3 times now and have never had an issue. My latest order (Lego Ecto-1) arrived today. It was well packaged with no damage to the box and its contents. I have been able to track my order for its entire journey. The order slowed down considerably when it got to the UK. There was an 8 day gap where it didn't move. As soon as Royal mail got hold of it though, it was with me in 2 days. My reason for removing 1 star is it took 19 days to get to me when I was originally told 6 - 12 days. Other than that, I can't fault the service at all. Thanks again Coolshop 😎”

“Positive despite my initial concerns After placing order I was really worried this was a scam site as I read other reviews. I contacted the online chat who said the order was in transit from Denmark to UK. I was still dubious but was relieved to be given a tracking number with Royal Mail. The item arrived today and is fine. It took about 11 days from placing the order. My only reason for not giving 5stars is that being a .co.uk web address is slightly misleading and I only realised afterwards that this is a Danish company so goods were sent from Denmark to U.K. Overall though my experience is positive & customer service was helpful.”

“I can only rate my experience of Coolshop, which I have to say was very good. I ordered a perfume by Zarkoperfume, which is expensive and was around £40 cheaper than the retail price. My nearest stockist is York, some 50 miles from where I live. It was easy to track my order, postage was free and Royal Mail delivered. All in all I am very pleased.”

“I read the reviews after I’d placed an order for some hair clippers that I’d been having trouble tracking down. I then worried that I’d made a wrong choice, but they were great! Clippers arrived from Denmark via Holland, but within less than a week. They were cheaper than other stockists (not that anyone else had them in stock) and had free postage. Only snag is that they come with a European plug which wasn’t mentioned anywhere”
