“I’m writing a review as I saw there were many bad reviews, and I gave the website a shot anyway. They processed the order very fast, and the shipping took 7 working days, which isn’t too wild given it had to ship to the UK. Both items were in perfect condition, brand new and as expected. Would shop here again :)”

“I ordered the Soda Stream Terra for £59 with no extra postage to pay. Excellent value if you don't mind a wait for your order to arrive. If you want excellent service next day delivery and all the perks, go and buy at full price - if you want a bargain you're in the right place. I'm delighted with my purchase - £27 cheaper than the nearest alternative supplier for the same goods I could find.”

“Felt inspired to do this as the reviews on here were so bad it got me terrified I'd used a fraudulent website. My product turned up 10 days after they shipped it (11 days after I ordered it), which was within the 6-12 day window they gave me. There was also a warning when I bought it that it might take this long as it was coming from overseas. The website is super easy to use and the tracking links/information were as good as it gets. Constant updates available. They offered the cheapest price online for the product I ordered and it turned up in perfect condition, very well packaged. I am very happy and wish I hadn't read the bad reviews.”

“Despite all the negative reviews I still wanted to give this company a try since I was having difficulties finding the item I wanted and they’re all overpriced on eBay. I’m from the UK. I placed the order on 31th Dec. The tracking number was provided on 2nd Jan and finally I received my item on 13th Jan. I’m glad I was able to get the item I wanted at a low price and I will definitely order from them again in the future.”

“I found the item I wished to purchase and Coolshop offered the best price. After reading some of the reviews on this site I hesitated and did initially looking at sourcing elsewhere but stock issues and cost etc led me back to Coolshop and I thought I would give them a go as although some reviews had been bad quite a few others had been good and I have got to say my experience has been very good. I was warned at order placement that delivery services were busy and I might experience some delays but the product, a game I wanted for the family at Christmas, came very quickly and is as expected. Admittedly I haven't needed to deal with their customer service so I can't comment on that - but order fulfilment has been very good.”

“I ordered a part for my DJI pocket on Saturday 3rd, and, allowing for the fact that this was Easter and the Monday was a bank holiday, it arrived on Monday - the 5th working day after I placed the order. Goods exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. My only suggestion is that FedEx could give a little better tracking info.”

“Put in an order for a set of six my little ponies far my granddaughters Christmas, had the order away before I read the adverse reviews on various sights ,thought I'd mad a big mistake ,but on the contrary this company have been excellent, the order arrived early and was in perfect condition and at just over £ 29 was real value,and I was able to track my delivery from Denmark through Holland to England and then by Royal Mail to Scotland on there website ,great service”

“I'm not going to lie I was a bit nervous about using cool shop due to some bad reviews online, however, I am very pleased to say they were on point with this order and they saved my ass with a birthday gift when two other stores let me down. The PS4 controller is a genuine product, competitively priced and was delivered in about 2 weeks, which considering the Covid-19 impact right now that is a fair enough time. Looking forward to ordering again.”
