Speak to any DHL representative down the phone and they will all say "we know the claims process isn't any good and we are looking into it" DHL are aware that if they loose or damage your item, they will not compensate you.

“If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely shocking service, inability to deliver a package and then the audacity to say that I refused the package. Initially “my house did not exist”, zero contact from them to try to find me and late updates saying they couldn’t find me. I am still waiting on delivery and they have now lost it. Use any other delivery service and don’t waste your time or money with DHL.”
