We live at apartment it says on the address. I was expecting that the delivery guy will call our unit number but he did not do it. I'm really disappointed and not satisfied of your service. I'm hoping that it will not happen again. And you should train your delivery guy to do their work right. I always order online but all of the courier will dial our unit number except DHL.”

My daughter had been in a terrible motorbike accident and Id sent her a simple few items, organic shampoo, cream, vit e oil for scars..the response is clearly from a corrupt bunch of thieves. I declared £50 for items, then they insisted the postage fees, £40.95 be added ON TOP..driving my declaration, £50..up to £90..then insisting postage must be added on top and that I was dishonest and pay an additional £125 ?? made NO SENSE. demanded i describe what type of glass the tiny glass bottle of vit e is, insisiting shampoo is not toiletries.. i sent them links from the dictionary..they never had any intention of delivering any package. “I waited all day for a package that was noted on their tracking website out for delivery with the courier at 9:30 am. I was sent a text message it would arrive to me between 2:30 and 4:30. That time came and went. Then an update saying by the end of day which would have been 9 pm.. That time came and went. Now it's telling me: "StatusShipment is on hold: Monday, March 18, 2024 at 10:18 PM"
I am not understanding why my package was not delivered as promised especially since DHL.driver had it driving around with it? I.even called DHL twice and was told it would arrive today March 18 by the close of the day. It's very upsetting because she wasted my time and day putting me on a false waiting period. When the tracking all the way up to 9 pm.showed it was coming. The Morris DHL office needs an overhaul...There seems to be no accountability with their employees. Why would a driver drive around all day with my package and not deliver it to me. This is unacceptable. And we know a package shipped from overseas is not cheap.

“DHL are useless. I bought several items from John Lewis being sent in multiple packages. I was sent a delivery slot. I had some errands to run and could do them well before the delivery slot. DHL tried to deliver 1.5 hours before the delivery slot when I wasn’t at home. I’ve tried multiple times to rearrange the delivery but there are technical problems and errors apparently. Now I have absolutely no idea how I will get my packages.”
“Paid £8.99 for courier delivery. I sat waiting for the time given, 11:42 and 12:42. I nipped to the bathroom, and when I looked on the camera, he had gone. Neighbors were in on both sides; he could have knocked there. He also could have put it in the yard. They are supposed to ring you on the attempt of delivery. He literally tapped on the door and drove away. He was meant to be on the way to the local service store but wasn't there. Thanks, DHL. Now, my nephew has no present for his mam for Mother's Day. “Worst experience of my life. I really, really, wish there was a better alternative. Please avoid at all costs. The delivery driver said that they "couldn't find my name on the door" when it's clearly there. I've been in all day, and even saw him go past on the tracker. Then I reached out via live chat and they closed the chat 2 times, and left the situation unresolved. Absolutely unbearably terrible service and even worse customer service!”
