“ When no DHL truck appeared by 3:30 PM, I checked my emails to see a LIE that DHL had “attempted” delivery AT 12:45 PM. ”

“ They charged us $75 for delivery we needed the package to be delivered on Monday 11-18-24 we received a message saying it was going to be delivered on the 20 even though we paid to be delivered on the 18 well we got another message saying it was in transit to be delivered on the 19 between 7 and 9 pm we waited at home didn't go anywhere the deliver person is a liar been at home we received a message saying no one was home so that's why it wasn't delivered now we don't know when or if its going to be delivered I'm asking for my money back I will never use this company again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about it . ”

“ Worst service ever, no tracking link, no messages, they guy didn't even touch the bell at my apartment, just passed by and leave without doing the delivery. ”
