“Have ordered various items over a couple of years without any problem. But recently bought Sony KDL40W TV - excellent price but unfortunately had a fault. Simple return process and quickly refunded. Will keep on buying from Dabs. Dick - Unbeatable.co.uk”

“Web site is a nightmare to navigate. Always get a million and one results for every search NOT ONE OF WHICH IS RELAVENT. E.mailed them with a question about a product which required a simple yes or no answer. They e.mailed back saying all product information is on the web site (which it wasn´t or i wouldn´t have asked.) It took them longer to write this sentence than it would to have been civil and answer my question - yes or no. Basically they couldn´t be arsed. I will never use them again.
