My rating is based on the delivery person either did not read the very large and clear sign on the door to my enclosed front porch: PLEASE DELIVER ALL PACKAGES TO BACK DOOR. THANK YOU! Porch pirates could have easily taken my purchase. You need to hire more careful drivers!! I love your productd, but not your delivery people

Been waiting five weeks for a delivery , Damart ! Used to be so reliable , not anymore, Has put me right off ordering anything .

Seems like want to direct you to a premium rate number, Do not ring this but ring the 0330 number Shocking customer service Charging an 85yrs old pensioner not only £3.99 for delivery but also another £3.99 to return an jumper that looks nothing like what was advertised.

Ordering & delivery went smoothly - no issues with those and initially I was pleased with the 2 pairs of crinkle trousers I had ordered. Until they were washed ( following recommended washing instructions) when the trousers shrank widthways & were no longer decently wearable. Very disappointing !!

The order confirmation from Damart on 3rd December gave the address of the nursing home as the delivery address.

I’ve had to pay £3 99 delivery I received wrong item through no fault of my own cost £3 20 to return and I’ve reordered only to pay another £3 99 this is my second try with Damart and it wil definitely be the last .

Have placed two different orders with Damart in the past 6 weeks. On both occasions, they have taken my money but the orders have not arrived. First occasion money was eventually refunded, still waiting for explanation on the second non-delivery. Is this their way of increasing their cash flow? Very dubious about ever ordering from them again.

Have been a customer for a number of years and am disgusted with non existant Customer Services. Recently took delivery of an item , the quality was appaling to say the least.A number of time tried to get a reply from so called Customer Services but they are ignorant. I have told them that if I didn't get satisfaction within two weeks I would cancel my accout. No answer so I have blocked them from all contact. Disgusting.
