I have been a satisfied customer with Damart for years, no problem with ordering, and money goes out of my account straight away, BUT, the returns system is rubbish, it takes 2 weeks to get the money back.

Was sent wrong jumpers and no returns label or invoice in parcel. Phoned up and was told he would send me returns label still waiting and I was shocked to find I was charged over £8 for my phone calls. Wasn't my fault the order was wrong. I shall not be ordering from Damart again.

Promises of a free gift when purchasing an item but no free gift of your choice.They do not even notify you to let you know.Book free returns for you.No courier turns up twice on the trot.Would not recommend this catalogue at all.A complete joke outfit

I will never order with them again. They charge £3.99 delivery. Then £2.99 return. Then parcel doesn't get picked even tho I paid to return. If you can't try it on should be free returns. Then they use an 0871 which isn't free with any provider. Rip off company

Ordered 2 packs of white sloggi knickers 9th Nov,,,,,On 16th received all black ones,,,,phoned them up ,,they said to put on returns form that iwanted replacement white,,,,,They said that it takes 2 weeks to get info onto their accounts system from their depot,,,,so they couldn't give me a refund,,,,waited,,,then phoned up today as I didn't hear anything from them,,,was told they'd put a refund back on my card on the 26th Nov!!!!!! and that they'd probably not noticed in the warehouse that I had asked for a white replacement,,,,would be nice if they had let me know then I could have got some from somewhere else,,,,been almost a month ,,,,,WHAT A FIASCO,,,,!!!!!
