“Rapidly delivered crushed box with wrong kits
I have already mentioned these 2 issues to the store. The wrong kit was explained in meticulous detail taking up much of my valuable time. They never bothered to take action.
Secondly, despite paying £4.50 for P&P they still like sending my kits in a crushed box. The incorrect kits were undamaged but I could do without the anxiety as I have already told them. As for their hackneyed platitudes I can only say I’m unimpressed. The order arrived quickly so an extra star for that. I’m certain they could fix these issues if they had the will”
