"Rapidly delivered crushed box with wrong kits\r\nI have already mentioned these 2 issues to the store. The wrong kit was explained in meticulous detail taking up much of my valuable time. They never bothered to take action.\r\nSecondly, despite paying \u00a34.50 for P&P they still like sending my kits in a crushed box. The incorrect kits were undamaged but I could do without the anxiety as I have already told them. As for their hackneyed platitudes I can only say I\u2019m unimpressed. The order arrived quickly so an extra star for that. I\u2019m certain they could fix these issues if they had the will"
