Placed an order paid in full .. waited nearly two months for the delivery nothing came.. was sent an email saying the stock was no longer available so I would receive a refund in 3-5 working days ... three weeks later still no refund.. sent emails filled out online forms and nothing!!!! Do not order from Freemans!!!!! Poor poor service and they will steal money from you !!!!!!

Sent a returns back (£100) courier picked it up. A week later no confirmation you had received it! Used the tracking number from the returns label and that wasn't recognised! Iv phoned 3 times and emailed, to always be told "it's with the investigation team". As far as I'm concerned if you provide a service and that service is broken then that's a cost to you! Not to me! Once the courier has picked it up, the contract is between freemans and the courier! If I don't get a refund by next week, I will just claim it back through a County Court claim!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Joke of a company, placed and order like 2 months ago and they have still not delivered as almost 5 times they have changed the delivery date at this rate I'll be lucky if they even deliver this year!

I purchased a quilt cover last December,it wasn't suitable so i arranged for an immediate return. Hermes didn't collect. After five subsequent phone calls and NO collections I was told to return it myself. After several requests by myself and three different promises to forward returns labels I received two sets of labels on 21st Jan. These labels showed different returns addresses. Having returned the parcel via Post Office, since Hermes appear to be incompetent, I rang Freemans on 26th Jan to see whether they'd received the item. They were unable to find the original purchase on my account, which has been the case throughout this ordeal. The Customer Service has been poor throughout. It would appear that there is no synchronisation between account and customer service. On one phone call I could hear the 'operator' laughing at my problem. Is this your best Freemans? I only want a refund on a £59 quilt cover.

WASTE OF 4 MONTHS. Ordered a multigym in September, to be delivered October. Order then delayed until december, then January. I phoned 2 days after it was due. Told it was in transit. Then received an email next day saying they had cancelled the order as they couldn't fulfil the order. COWBOYS

Awful does not come close. Ordered 2 shirts early November neither of them in stock, no communication at all to tell me this or the reasons, still showing as being processed and I am not allowed to cancel them!! Even though they have no stock!! Appalling, I have to wait till they arrive 2020? 2021? Who knows? And send them back. Very poor service hence will be closing my account.

Orderd a washing machine in June still not received it always saying it be delivered on a date but still not received it phoned them they keep saying sorry not got any at the moment and cannot dispatch it .but now they saying be delivered within 5 days from the 5th September. Paid all of it . Are they a scam .or just take your money and never receive goods . Not happy .

FAKE TRAINERS - THEY SELL FAKE TRAINERS AND REFUSE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT UNTIL I SEND THE FAKE ONES BACK. NO TAGS, NO NIKE BOX, BLUE RIBBON AROUND THE TRAINERS. THEY ARE FALLING APART. TALKED TO 10 CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND WAS SENT A RUDE LETTER SAYING THERE FINAL RESPONSE IS IT'S NOT FAKE WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE EVIDENCE. BAD BAD COMPANY, AVOID

Rubbish customer service . Wrong items sent or wrong size and they are rubbish at sorting things out . I ordered a shirt said it would be late so waited then went on chat said it would be worth me in two days then they cancelled it because it was no longer available so told but I could still order it on line. There is no customer service skills with any of them . Need to go on a course to get trained up.

Had only ordered one pair pyjamas £26 have paid but freemans kept adding on late payment fees since last November! Sent proof of bank statement but they still ask for more proof, what do you want? blood? Been battling them for ages but they wont budge. Terrible customer service would not use again.

I have received brochures today from Freemans and Bon prix they have duplicate clothes in both with freemans prices £12 to £15 more expensive than the same item in the bon prix catalogue. Very disappointed that you could charge people so differently I thought you were a better company than that.

Delivery experience for the second time not good. Paid for next day but the items never come next day. So have to contact customer services to get confirmation on when I will actually receive them. There’s always a delay. By the way, still waiting! Not sure if I will be buying from them again. Other online companies far more reliable

Paid for next day delivery . Was notified unable to deliver and would arrive 3 to 5 working days . The point of paying extra for ndd was that I won't be in . Can't contact Freeman's . Will update review if goods actually arrive .

My grandmother has personal account with this company. She missed one payment due to her being in hospital and paid as soon as she was out. She made the payment missed and the one ahead. She has since made 3 more on time payments and they are sending her messages saying that her payment is due when she has already paid it, causing her to panic. She is now unable to place orders and the agent was extremely rude to her. Saying that if she had only missed one payment then it wouldn't be stopping her from making from purchases. Advised that this is exactly the case and was advise to "take responsibility" for what she has done. STAY CLEAR. won't freeze the interest so she can pay it off and close her account.

I very very much would like to say I would not recommend this company at all, I placed an order only to find that the item was out of stock and paid for my goods and when I rang up the agent wasn’t helpful at all, this has happened a few times now and never get the goods that I pay for some of them on next day delivery and never get them & talking to customer service agents is like talking to a brick wall, one agent I spoke to say the company doesn’t treat staff right either they have to work 10 & 12 hour shifts and silly shifts that most of the agents are over tired, that’s no way to treat staff and to find that they deduct the staff wages if there more than 4 minutes to the loo it’s ridiculous, the staff are treated like slaves, a very very low company to work for never mind to shop with, this includes other catalogues that belongs to freemans eg, grattan, Witt international, swimwear365, Bon prix, curvissa, clearance365 & kaleidoscope. They don’t deserve business at all and deserve to go bust. I’m with JD Williams now who are a much better and the staff get treated better. I really really don’t recommend freemans whatsoever, please don’t shop with them
