“Ordered 3 dresses that I liked the look of online.When they arrived two of them were awful quality,badly stitched & didnt fit well either. The third item wasn't the dress I'd ordered. It was a woolly jumper which I sent back with the dresses for a full refund .I was given a refund with no problems.”

“Delivery experience for the second time not good. Paid for next day but the items never come next day. So have to contact customer services to get confirmation on when I will actually receive them. There’s always a delay. By the way, still waiting! Not sure if I will be buying from them again. Other online companies far more reliable”
