Multiple emails to enable a return but still, 6 days on, no reference to enable a return.
Looking at other forums I'm not alone!
Wish I had checked prior to using this terrible site.

“Whether a total scam, very very bad customer service, or a company that is genuinely struggling to survive, I don't know, but...
Bought a birthday present for my son. He opened it a few days after it arrived and it was faulty and unusable, what a disappointment on his birthday.
Tried to arrange a replacement but IWOOT have been slow and evasive at every stage.
Eventually arranged a return. Another couple of weeks, still no refund. I'm just thankful I could afford to buy the product again from another retailer.
If possible I'd highly recommend buying elsewhere.
Retailer takes a couple of days to answer every message, making me jump through every jump they can think of to avoid giving me my money back.”

They sent a piece of cardboard to me which can cover the track and order number, and you can't blame them as the courier will 'deliver' the item, which is a piece of paper.
And after one and a half month, there is still no resolution, they do NOTHING but ask you to wait.”
“I bought the walking dead baseball bat as a decoration for my room. After i bought it the payment 'failed' and the money was taken from my paypal. Its all a scam and the same things goes for the website 'Zavvi' they are the same thing just presented differently. Do NOT buy off these scumbags.”
“Unfortunately I have had the same experience as others regarding partial shipment and broken promises. Something is clearly broken with IWOOT and I urge potential customers to read the reviews here and take note rather than gamble with their hard earned. My order was placed on 19/04/20 and remains unfulfilled. I have had to resort to opening a dispute via PayPal and am fortunate that the ££ was relatively low.....others haven't been so lucky. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE REGARDING UNFULFILLED ORDERS, THEY ARE SADLY ACCURATE & A RECURRING PATTERN.....WORRYING.”
“If I could rate this site in the negative range I would. The customer service is criminally terrible.
I ordered a LEGO gift for Christmas ‘19 without mistakenly reading any reviews about the site before hand. It arrived much later then expected, not in time for Christmas (that’s wasn’t my issue), it was shipped from RETURNS department. The box was taped up with scotch tape visibly open before hand. It was a used item and clearly not in a new condition as described. I contacted customer service through their site (since that is the only method to contact them) and after 7 (literally) messages of correspondence including sending pictures and indicating dimensions of box, it was scheduled for a pick up by Fedex to return. It was successfully picked up, but no refund was processed. Customer service claiming they never received the item. I had a Fedex RECEIPT of pick up and still no refund. I contacted my credit card to dispute. This is almost 6months after purchase (it’s now MAY 2020). Not only am I following up on a 2nd dispute but when you speak to the customer service in the site, you get a different person every time! Ive cooreponded with Matthew, Rebecca, Maddy, Jasmine, Helen, Niamh, Rebecca, Jake, and Fahim..

“Ordered some products for great price. Listed as "ready for dispatch" a week later. Two weeks after that, still not dispatched, asked for a refund as needed as Present (thought three weeks would be sufficient even with Covid as website says only slight delays), said it was in dispatch and couldn't be refunded. Two weeks after that it still hasn't been sent, constant messages ignored, escalated to PayPal and iwoot lied saying I hadn't sent them any messages. Terrible customer services. 6 weeks later no sign of dispatch. Avoid.”
“I am lucky to give this company one star, it doesn’t even deserve that. What a scam! Ordered an item last week for someone’s birthday but didn’t receive no confirmation email or anything but screenshotted the order number etc. I used live chat in which they said the email I entered was wrong and to confirm with address which I did and they confirmed the item was at one of their warehouses. 5 days later got in touch again and they can’t seem to find my order and the delivery address is wrong. Absolutely disgusting company, surprised it is still up and running. Doesn’t seem I’ll be getting my money back either. Shocking!! Don’t order off of this website ever cos I certainly won’t be!!!”
“Do not buy from this company! I eventually recieved a christmas jumper a month after i ordered it (it arrived mid january) when it estimated dispatch within 2 days. Customer service is awful, i emailed to ask them to cancel the order when i realised i wouldnt get it in time, they said thry would try but then 2weeks later got an email to notify of dispatch! I’ve barely had an apology and they have not confirmed if they will pay postage costs with the refund.”
