“ I have an IT issue that means i am unable to use my account. Every time i go to add something it tells me i have reached the max amount in my shopping bag when i have nothing in it, i have spent nearly 2 hours online with their customer service who haven't got a clue how to resolve this glitch so unable to use the account. ”
