Item bought white t-shirt, excellent quality only problem too tight ( my own fault for not trying on in shop) nearest store to me over 80 miles away. Sent by post for a refund, waited for 20 days no refund so called Joules direct. What can I say excellent service, money in my account within a few hours and a lovely surprise gift arrived by post this morning, thank you to the wonderful helpful lady on the phone and to Joules.

I’ve ordered on four separate occasions recently due to isolating and although they have issues with delivery charges - once notified customer service do fix problems. The clothes are very good quality and I have only once had a faulty item which was replaced (my choice) within a few days. They have excellent sales. I can’t compare it with other retailers as I’ve only ever shopped on line with Joules
