“ Delivery repeatedly changed/didn't show up (despite me staying in the house for it for 2 days). ”

“ Was told my mattress couldnt be picked up due to staining and that the £30 I paid for it to be picked up was then none refundable. 'Acceptable staining' is not a clear definition and left to the discretion of the delivery driver which is completely subjective and not an acceptable method to then refuse a refund for a service that was not delivered. ”

“ Delivery man was rude, the mattress was in poor condition fibres coming out and ripped , they would not refund money had to go through ombudsman who sent out someone to inspect mattress ,mattress was described as poor workmanship , please save your money and go elsewhere , as it was stress to get my money back and took weeks , customer service is awful. This was a Reylyon bed .ombudsman was brilliant and got me a full refund ”
