“No indication item was out of stock on website, waited over 2 weeks. Tried calling, waited a long time then was hung up on. Email communication was better. Item was also a different brand to the one I ordered. Not that it matters really as still works. But weird.”

“I've bought a fair number of power tools over time but My Tool Shed really stands out for it's keen pricing, good web site and good range of products. However, on making a purchase, it gets better, with fantastic feedback on all stages of getting your order to you plus very quick delivery (considering I chose the 'slower' of the two delivery options). I will definitely be shopping here again!”

“The product I was interested in buying was clearly displayed on the web page with the description of item being well detailed. Pricing was very competative and delivery in my case was free with the time frame being excellent (the next day). I was provided with a tracking number and the courier contacted me with the expected delivery time making my whole experience of dealing with My Tool Shed completely satisfying. “How has My Tool Shed made me happy?, you ask. Let me number the ways! Their website led me quickly and easly to the thing I sought, with a clear description and good photographs of the item. The price was good. The ordering and purchasing procedure was pure mercantile delight. The transaction proceeded with an ethereal good humour which transcended mere commerce. Delivery was swift and sure, with the goods packed securely and safely. My joy was complete with the arrival of the two extra long auger bits, and I look forward to whiling away my retirement drilling 12mm diameter holes in wood until, as the poet says "the great call comes" and I take ship for the great workshop in the happy hereafter.”
